Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with FINAL OATH. Because our products are handcrafted in small batches using all-natural ingredients, all sales are considered final. We stand behind the quality of everything we make, and we have outlined the limited exceptions below.
All Sales Final
Due to the handcrafted, personal-care nature of our products, we do not offer cash refunds, returns for buyer's remorse, or returns based on scent or texture preference. We encourage you to review product descriptions and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was described on our website, contact us within 7 days of delivery. You must include:
- Your order number.
- A clear photo showing the damage or defect.
- A brief description of the issue.
Once we verify the issue, we will, at our sole discretion, either:
- Ship a free replacement of the same product, or
- Issue a store credit for the purchase price of the affected item(s).
Claims submitted after the 7-day window, or without supporting photos, may be declined.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. Contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Resolution is subject to the outcome of the carrier's investigation and is handled at our discretion.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a damaged or defective item and would prefer a different product, we will issue store credit that you can apply to any item on our website.
Allergic Reactions & Sensitivities
Our products contain natural ingredients such as essential oils, beeswax, shea butter, and carrier oils. Full ingredient lists are provided on every product page and label. It is your responsibility to review ingredients for known allergies or sensitivities before use. We recommend performing a small patch test before first use. FINAL OATH is not liable for allergic reactions resulting from known sensitivities to listed ingredients.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any legitimate issue quickly and fairly. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with supporting documentation.
