Welcome to FINAL OATH, operated by Final Oath LLC. By accessing or using our website or purchasing any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use this site or purchase our products.

Use of This Site

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, or interfere with its operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information when creating an account and to update it as needed. FINAL OATH is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

Products & Pricing

• All products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients.
• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit order quantities, refuse any order, or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including after an order has been placed.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Because our products are handcrafted, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.
• Full ingredient lists are provided on each product page and label. It is the customer's responsibility to review all ingredients for known allergies or sensitivities before purchase and use.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. FINAL OATH does not collect, transmit, or store your payment card details. All sales are final except as described in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Sales Tax

Applicable state and local sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout in accordance with Indiana law and the laws of your shipping destination.

Assumption of Risk

Our products are topical cosmetics intended for external use only. By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that:

• You have reviewed the ingredient list for any known allergies or sensitivities.
• You understand that natural ingredients may cause reactions in some individuals.
• You will perform a patch test before first use, as recommended on our product labels.
• You will discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs and consult a medical professional if needed.

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, product names, and product designs, is the property of Final Oath LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, FINAL OATH disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our products will meet your specific expectations or that results will vary from person to person.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indiana law, Final Oath LLC, its owner, members, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our website or products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Final Oath LLC, its owner, members, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your misuse of our products, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Elkhart County, Indiana, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site or purchase of products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
